The image will be sent to you in one high quality PDF and one high quality JPEG file. You will also have to send the photo and text you would like to [email protected], along with your order number.

For physical framed copies, they will be sent via royal mail tracked 24 and international orders will be shipped via royal mail international tracked and signed. These should take 1-2 weeks but can take up to 4 weeks due to delays in customs and shipping.
